Own the onboarding process of all new hires and assist the Recruiting team regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. The role operates out of our Bellevue, WA office.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an office environment
  • Intermediate G Suite and MS Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English in at a professional level (4)
  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
  • Knowledgeable of applicable regulations regarding employment practices
  • Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
  • Preferred Certification: HRCI aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP
  • Preferred: Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Contact, process, and onboard new employees
  • Manage new hires in ATS until completion of new hire orientation
  • Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors for backgrounds, drug screen, and employment eligibility compliance
  • Prepares and maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Fields recruiting HR related inquiries
  • Assist logistics and training to distribute necessary new hire requisitions and uniforms
  • Work with management to continuously improve the hiring and onboarding process
  • Provide support and back-up to the HR team by assisting with completing paperwork, filing, data-entry, and coverage of phones, as needed
  • Provide weekly reports NW Recruiting Manager regarding candidate progress

  • Pay Rate: $50,000 per year ($24.04/hourly)
