Under limited supervision, the Client Support Manager will function as a support to the Directors and Clients, will act as interim Account and/or Portfolio Manager during Manager vacations or leaves of absence, and may act as a liaison between Directors, Account Managers, Clients, Employees, and the rest of the company. This position requires the ability to work independently, set a weekly schedule, remain flexible to company needs, exercise independent judgement, and ensure confidentiality and discretion in performing the essential job functions. In addition, the Client Support Manager may be responsible for managing specialized projects assigned by Director of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Act as interim Account Manager during Manager vacations, leaves of absence, or emergency situations
? Inherit all duties, expectations, and tasks of the Manager during coverage
? Provide Client support during Manager absences by responding to any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner, attending Client meetings, and ensuring any Client requests are provided to the site officers via appropriate method

? Ensuring safety rules are followed at all times and that reporting of any unsafe practices or conditions takes place immediately

? Manage officers by ensuring all Star and Site Policies are adhered to
? Confirm shifts are covered and that officers arrive in a timely and professional manner
? Provide any disciplinary or congratulatory meetings and counseling
? Assist Managers at other sites by providing coverage when able, assist in disciplinary meetings, or other activities
? Schedule site and manager training preceding any expected time off requests
? Meet with officers and Clients preceding Manager absences to ensure Manager relationships continue and remain uninterrupted
? Interact with a variety of persons including the client, visitors, public safety officials, employees, civilians, along with other Star Protection employees
? Assist in management of special events and transitions of new sites
? Enforcing client and company policies and procedures
? Preparing all required written reports
? Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

? Must be able to walk, run and sit up to 10 hours per day
? Must be able to life objects weighing up to 50 pounds (computer, printers, etc.)
? Must have sufficient hearing to respond to normal verbal speech, alarm signals, radio and telephone communications
? Must have sufficient visual acuity to read and understand tenant rosters, employee listings, post order, maps, computer screens, check identification (such as company badge or driver license) and to distinguish the faces of employees, contractors and visitors

? Must have a command of the English language that is easily understood and spoken

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

? 3 years prior Management experience
? 1-2 years prior security experience
? Advanced computer skills
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Outstanding 5 Star customer service always
? Excellent project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
? Excellent oral and written communications
? Exceptional professionalism and ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality of information and data always
? Ability to deal with internal and external customers and perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely, courteous and professional manner
? Ability to work flexible schedules
? Must have the ability to work independently while also being a team player
